Team Discovery's quality staff and instructors are integral to the success of each and every program.
Outstanding experiences are facilitated by outstanding people. Team Discovery recruits
only the most experienced and talented instructors, ensuring a quality and memorable outdoor
experience every time.
A typical Team Discovery program requires between three and five days of preparation.
This preparation ensures a smooth, efficient day and is carried out by our operations staff based
in North Hobart, under the direction of the Operations Manager. Once the program has been
fully developed, it's given to the Program Coordinator who is responsible for managing
the Program "on the day" and supervising the program instructors.
All instructors have recognised skills and qualifications in outdoor activity facilitation,
are accredited outdoor activity leaders, and hold current and recognised first aid
qualifications.
